We are are a UK-based real estate development and investment consultancy working across the built environment. We bring decades of experience in regeneration and placemaking including joint venture/public and private partnerships, land buying and selling  (immediate and strategic), liaison with Local Planning Authority on the planning process, design coordination including masterplanning and construction management , sustainability and value engineering to deliver schemes that stand the test of time.

Collaborations with clients to provide strategic leadership to implement and deliver regeneration projects  and full development lifecycle, as well as strategic support to executive teams and board of limited companies and Local Authorities.

 

Executive leadership and principal advisory on real estate developments and regeneration. Most recently, Emmanuel Ogedengbe was the Head of Development at the Property Company of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) providing strategic property advice to and on behalf the client at Cabinet and Executive Leadership levels. 

 

As a member of the Desborough Development Partnership (DDP) Project Board with Cala Homes and a member of the Royal Borough Development Partnership (RBDP) Project Board with Countryside Properties (UK) Limited , Emmanuel was responsible for leading the management, repurposing and optimising complex client assets including land and existing properties worth over £1 billion for mixed use residential and commercial developments with affordable housing with mixed tenures.
